This Dock leveler power unit merely raised the ramp once the motor is activated, when the ramp has reached total extension the sequence shifts to extend the lip. The ramp and lip are lowered by separate solenoid valves even though the descent. Both the ramp and lip f of each functions are controlled by a needle valve. The needle valves are adjustable to achieve the wanted descent velocity of every perform.

The 2nd relief valve assures the principle platform for being floating below load once the dock leveler is being used for loading and unloading the items, so defending the dock leveler correctly.
