304不锈钢膜片厚度一般为0. 2mm～0. 6mm, 材质为1Cr18Ni9TI，膜片形状主要有圆环式、轮幅式、连杆式、多边式和束腰式。

金属膜片挠性Coupling的结构主要由金属膜片组(膜片) 、半联轴器、中间节、压紧元件、螺栓、防松螺母、垫圈等组成。

其工作原理为:转矩从主动端半联轴器输入,经过沿圆周间隔布置的主传扭高强度螺栓将转矩传输至膜片组, 再由膜片组通过高强度螺栓传至中间节, 并同样由另一端的膜片组、高强度螺栓及从动端半联轴器输出。金属膜片是挠性联轴器的关键部件, 它由   数量的薄金属膜片叠合而成膜片组, 通过它来传递转矩和运动 。

304不锈钢膜片靠膜片的弹性变形来补偿所联两轴的相对位移，是一种高性能的金属弹性元件挠性联轴器，不用润滑，结构较紧凑，强度高，使用寿命长，无旋转间隙，不受温度和油污影响，具有耐酸、耐碱、的特点，适用于高温、高速、有腐蚀介质工况环境的轴系传动，广泛用于各种机械装置的轴系传动，如水泵（尤其是大功率、化工泵）、风机、压缩机、液压机械、石油机械、印刷机械、纺织机械、化工机械、矿山机械、冶金机械、航空（直升飞机）、舰艇高速动力传动系统，经动平衡后应用于高速传动轴系已比较普遍。

Use and maintenance

1. Before installation, clean the end faces of the two shafts and check the fit of the key grooves on the end faces;

2. After the diaphragm coupling is installed, run a shift normally, check all the screws, if found to be loose, tighten them, repeat this for several shifts to ensure that they will not loosen;

3. In order to prevent the fretting of the diaphragm during high-speed operation, causing microcracks and damage to the bolt holes of the diaphragm, solid lubricants such as molybdenum disulfide can be applied between the diaphragms or the surface of the diaphragm can be coated with anti-friction Layer processing

4. Long-term overload use and operation accidents should be avoided;

5. During work and operation, check whether the diaphragm coupling is abnormal. If any abnormality occurs, perform maintenance;

6. Appropriate protective measures shall be taken at various sites where personal and equipment accidents may be caused by the operating diaphragm coupling.
