LD polygonal rubber coupling

LD多角形橡胶联轴器是用橡胶材料，作成截面为圆形的6角(或8角)形的弹性件，在每一处嵌有与橡胶硫化后粘结在一起的套管，利用穿过套管的6个(或8个)螺栓，交错地与主、从动端上的半联轴器凸缘联结。

LD多角形橡胶联轴器的优点是结构简单，不用润滑，装拆方便，并且具有缓和传动轴系的扭转振动和冲击载荷，防止传动轴系共振，并能补偿两轴线相对偏移的性能。适用于有粉尘，水分的工况环境，工作温度为-30～60℃，用于振动筛的联接，同样适用于中等转矩50－8000N.M的轻工，工程机械，矿山机械等行业。

1、该产品除具有十分的缓冲减震性能外,对轴向,径向、角向偏移有优良的补偿性能,可降低设备在运行过程中 的电流峰值,且比其他联轴器相比降幅达50％。

2、对于生产过程中使用的大型调速电机,通过加装轮胎式联轴器后,可消除电机自动控制过程中轴间附加载荷, 提高灵活性,这是其他联轴器无法比拟的。

3、通过特殊工艺设计,除无需加油润滑、免维修外，产品运行中噪音低、寿命 长、拆装方便,从根本上解决了其他联轴器在恶劣环境下使用易损坏、寿命短的问题。适用于潮湿、粉尘较大的工作环境。
