LLA型无骨架轮胎式联轴器是一种高弹性联轴器,具有良好的减震缓冲和的轴间偏移补偿性能,解决了一般Coupling不能达到的缓冲效果。

LLA型无骨架轮胎式联轴器工作温度—20~80摄氏度,转递转矩10~20000N.M,适于潮湿、多尘、有冲击、振动、正反转多变和起动频繁的工作条件,并全拆装方便,不需润滑、耐久。

根据特殊需要制成非标准联轴器,在超负荷工作时、半联轴器的卡瓣起作用,不会发生恶性事故,其结构标记为M、标准的半联轴器结构为K型,在表示中可不再标记。

LLA型无骨架轮胎式联轴器由两个带轴孔的法兰和橡胶轮胎体组成，具有优良的轴偏移补尝性和缓冲减震性能。有较高弹性，扭转刚度小，减振能力强，补偿量较大，有良好的阻尼，结构简单，不用润滑，装拆维护方便．噪声小，径向尺寸大，承载能力低，过载时产生较大轴向附加载荷，使用寿命取决于橡胶产品质量，适用于起动频繁，正反转多变、冲击振动较大的轴系传动，可在有粉尘、水份工况环境下工作，不适用于高温、高速、大转矩和低速重载工况条件。

轮胎式联轴器分为凸型和凹型两大类，凸型又分为带骨架整体式、无骨整体式和径向切口式三种。它们的共同特点都是将轮胎环用螺栓来连接两半联轴器以实现两轴的连接。轮胎环内侧用硫化方法与钢质骨架粘接成一体，骨架上的螺栓孔处焊有螺母。装配时用螺栓与两半联轴器的凸缘连接，依靠拧紧螺栓使轮胎与凸缘端面之间产生的摩擦力来传递转矩，轮胎环工作时发生扭转剪切变形，故轮胎联轴器具有很高的弹性，补偿两轴相对位移的能力较大，并有良好的阻尼，而且结构简单、不需润滑、装拆和维护都比较方便。
